I hold a Master's degree in Neuroscience, Psychology, and Mental Health from King's College London โ but just as importantly, I bring lived experience. I've been through depression, anxiety, and relentless self-criticism. I know what it's like to feel hopeless and not want to be yourself. I've been practicing meditation since 2008 and have trained in Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Emotional Focusing since 2020. Through humour, mindfulness, and spiritual teachings, I help men recognize their worth and navigate life's challenges with self-compassion, resilience and authenticity.
A Personal Note to You...
I remember scrolling through YouTube and Instagram looking for a program back in May 2021 that would help me during an extremely difficult time in my life. I had just ended a relationship, lost an apartment with the woman I thought I would spend the rest of my life with and moved back home to live with my parents. I was 30 years old, consistently beating myself up and hating myself for the choices that brought me to that moment. During the lockdown of the pandemic and paralyzed by chronic pain, the only control I had was to look inside. To finally slow down and get help.
I watched countless videos from other men's programs and every single one of them left a terrible impression. It was either some "Alpha Male" training camp with the bro's or a really spiritual program going a little too mystical for my comfort and interest.
I wanted to experience exactly what I've built for you. Something that works and is grounded in truth and backed by science. I believe it's the mental training every man needs if they want to have a rich and meaningful life.

Is this just for men who are struggling?
Struggling may not be the right word. They're well kept on the outside but exhausted, self-critical, or disconnected on the inside. You don't need to be in crisis to benefit. You just need to be ready.
Do I need experience with meditation?
Not at all. Most men who join have never meditated before. Everything is taught from the ground up in specific order. If you can breathe, you can do this program.
What if I miss a session?
Every call is recorded. You'll have lifetime access to all sessions and materials, so missing a week won't set you back. Life happens โ the program is built for you and your schedule.
How much time does it take each week?
The weekly live group sessions are 90 minutes. From the research, short daily practices are recommended to get the most benefit and personal transformation.
Can 8 weeks really make a difference?
