ABOUT SCOTT STE MARIE

For the past decade, I’ve dedicated my work to helping men understand themselves on a deeper level — so they can finally stop fighting themselves and start living with confidence, clarity, and self-respect.

I’ve walked this path myself — through anxiety, depression, self-criticism, and years of feeling like I couldn’t keep up with my own expectations.

My message isn't about fixing anyone.

It’s about understanding yourself and helping men reconnect with the part of them that’s already strong, wise, grounded, and capable.

I hold a Master’s degree (MSc) in Neuroscience, Psychology, and Mental Health from King’s College London. I’ve been practicing meditation since 2008 and have been trained in Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Emotional Focusing since 2020. 

KEYNOTE SPEAKING FOR MEN

My approach may be different from many male motivational speakers. I don’t push hype, hustle, or performative “toughness.” Instead, I speak to what’s real—the inner critic, self-doubt, the fear of not being enough, the pressure to perform, and the quiet exhaustion so many men carry. I blend neuroscience, mindfulness, and lived experience with depression to speak directly to the inner world men rarely talk about.

My talks help men slow down, understand the pressures they’ve absorbed, reconnect with themselves, and become more grounded, confident, compassionate people—in work, relationships, and in their own lives.

My talks are specifically for men who want to understand themselves. They want honest conversations about identity, expectations, vulnerability, and the pressure to constantly be “on.”
