ABOUT SCOTT STE MARIE
For the past decade, I’ve dedicated my work to helping men go from stressed and self-critical to calm and self-assured, so they can rest without feeling guilty. When people finally give themselves an internal space to rest, everything outside changes.Â
I’ve walked this path myself. Even after speaking to over 300,000 people through live events and reaching millions on YouTube, I could never celebrate or give myself a break. Through anxiety, depression and burnout, I felt like the only way to motivate myself and grow was through that rigid, harsh inner voice. To keep pushing.
I finally realized that the work isn't about fixing and non-stop grinding.Â
It was really about reconnecting with myself and truly cultivating a new way to work hard while cultivating inner rest and calm.Â

SCOTT'S TRAINING
I hold a Master’s degree (MSc) in Neuroscience, Psychology, and Mental Health from King’s College London.
I’ve been practicing meditation since 2008 and have been trained in Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Emotional Focusing since 2020.Â
