ABOUT SCOTT STE MARIE

For the past decade, I’ve dedicated my work to helping men quiet their inner-critic so they can strengthen their self-worth and live with confidence, clarity and authenticity.

I’ve walked this path myself. Even after speaking to over 300,000 people through live events and reaching millions on YouTube, I could never celebrate or give myself a break. Through anxiety, depression and burnout, I felt like the only way to motivate myself was through that rigid, harsh inner voice. 

I finally realized that the work isn't about fixing and non-stop grinding. 

It’s about helping you reconnect with the part of you that’s already strong, grounded, and capable.

This program exists because I know how much lighter life can feel when you’re no longer fighting yourself every day.

SCOTT'S TRAINING

I hold a Master’s degree (MSc) in Neuroscience, Psychology, and Mental Health from King’s College London.

I’ve been practicing meditation since 2008 and have been trained in Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Emotional Focusing since 2020. 

I help men quiet their inner-critic so they can strengthen their self-worth and live with confidence, clarity and authenticity.
