I hold a Master's degree in Neuroscience, Psychology, and Mental Health from King's College London โ€” but just as importantly, I bring lived experience. I've been through depression, anxiety, and relentless self-criticism. I know what it's like to feel hopeless and not want to be yourself.

I've been practicing meditation since 2008 and have trained in Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Emotional Focusing since 2020. Through humour, mindfulness, and spiritual teachings, I help men recognize their worth and navigate life's challenges with self-compassion, resilience, and authenticity.
