WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

✨ A step-by-step process men are using right now to quiet that inner critic, self-doubt, and feel grounded in who they really are — not who they’re trying to be.

✨ Why this isn’t just another “think positive” routine — it’s a powerful shift that works faster than traditional therapy or willpower alone. You’ll see why it clicks.

✨ The mindset shift that changes everything: your power isn’t in your circumstances — it’s in you. And once you tap into that, your life begins to shift from the inside out.

✨ Simple, neuroscience-backed tools to rewire your self-talk — so the voice in your head starts being your ally and coach, rather than an enemy and bully.

WHY WATCH THIS MASTERCLASS

✨ You're silently battling a voice that questions everything you do. The inner critic is loud. And it’s starting to show — in your exhaustion, your decisions, your relationships.

✨ It’s not your fault, and you’re not broken.
What you’re feeling isn’t a flaw — it’s a pattern. One you can finally start to understand and shift.

✨ You’ve tried the quick fixes.
The biohacks, the morning routines, the podcasts, youtube videos… yet you're still fighting yourself. That’s because the real issue lies deeper.

✨ You don’t need to figure it out alone.
This isn’t about doing more. It’s about finally reconnecting with the real you — the one who deserves peace, not performance.

Take A Break. Breathe. Reconnect.

ABOUT SCOTT STE MARIE

For the past decade, I’ve dedicated my work to helping men understand themselves on a deeper level — so they can finally stop fighting their own mind and start living with confidence, ease, and self-respect.

I’ve walked this path myself — through anxiety, burnout, self-criticism, and years of feeling like I couldn’t keep up with my own expectations.

The work isn’t about fixing you.

It’s about helping you reconnect with the part of you that’s already strong, grounded, and capable.

This program exists because I know how much lighter life can feel when you’re no longer fighting yourself every day.

I’d be honoured to walk with you through this and can't wait to meet you.

FORMAL AND INFORMAL CREDENTIALS

I hold a Master’s degree (MSc) in Neuroscience, Psychology, and Mental Health from King’s College London.

I’ve been practicing meditation since 2008 and have been trained in Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Emotional Focusing since 2020.

I help men recognize their self-worth and quiet their inner-critic so they can live with confidence, compassion and clarity.

About Scott

A Speaker Who Has
Lived This Work

Scott's message is shaped by a decade of personal and professional immersion in the inner lives of the people he works with. His credential isn't only academic. It's experiential.

He knows the weight of self-criticism, the grip of imposter syndrome, and the exhaustion of never feeling enough. He has lived through depression, anxiety, and chronic physical pain, not as concepts he studied, but as realities he had to find his way through. He knows what it feels like to be in real mental and physical pain while the world expects you to keep performing.

His talks don't offer productivity hacks or performance frameworks. They offer something rarer: honest language for the inner critic, imposter syndrome, and the quiet pressure most people carry but never have permission to name out loud.

Audiences leave with neuroscience-backed tools they can use the same day and a different relationship with the voice inside their heads.

Talks That Move Rooms

Each talk is tailored to your audience and context. Below are Scott's core speaking themes — available as standalone keynotes or half-day workshops.

01
Slower Inside,
Stronger Outside

In a culture obsessed with speed and output, Scott makes the counterintuitive case: the most productive thing a team can do is learn to decompress. Rooted in neuroscience and lived experience, this talk reframes rest as a performance strategy.

02
Is Success Without
Peace Really Success?

The question that changed Scott's life and stops high-achievers cold. This keynote challenges what we've been taught about ambition, examines the hidden cost of pressure-driven motivation, and offers a more sustainable model for leadership and life.

Purpose · Men's Leadership
03
The Science of
Self-Compassion at Work

Backed by peer-reviewed research from Harvard, Stanford, and Johns Hopkins, this talk presents the evidence that self-compassion not self-criticism produces better results, greater resilience, and lower burnout. Perfect for teams and HR audiences.

Research · HR · Wellbeing
04
Burnout Isn't a Badge —
It's a Signal

Burnout doesn't announce itself. It builds quietly behind productivity. This talk identifies the early nervous system signals that precede burnout, teaches audiences to recognize their own patterns, and delivers three practices that create immediate relief.
