A Bit About Me

I hold a Master’s degree (MSc) in Neuroscience, Psychology, and Mental Health from King’s College London, but more importantly, I bring lived experience.

I’ve walked through depression, anxiety, and relentless self-criticism, so the work I do isn’t just academic—it’s personal.

I’ve been practicing meditation since 2008 and have trained in Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Emotional Focusing since 2020.

Over the years I’ve explored everything from antidepressants to carnivore diets, trauma release therapy to supplementation—not just through rigorous research, but through direct trial and lived experience. Because of this, I bring a wide, grounded perspective that helps me guide men thoughtfully, genuinely, and with care.

Whatever you have tried, are trying and any experience you bring to our sessions, there is no judgement.

Since 2018, I've reached over 300,000 people through my talks at events across North America.

My YouTube channel has touched millions globally, and my Being Human Podcast continues to support men who crave a deeper human experience.

Through humour, mindfulness, and spiritual teachings, I help men recognize their worth and navigate life's challenges with self-compassion, resilience and hope.

The Being Human Podcast

No sponsorships. No AG1 Greens sellouts. No fake hype. Just honest conversations about what it means to be human. This podcast is for anyone who's read the latest self-help book and said "It's just all the same, wtf". Let's talk about what it actually means to be human—messy thoughts, existential dread, dark humour, shame spirals, and all.
No masks. No performance. Just being human.
